Laura Donohue - Group Fitness Instructor
Laura has been teaching group fitness classes at Texas Strong Fitness since April 2019. Her current classes include HIIT, Yoga, Stability Ball, Trainer's Choice, and Paddleboard Yoga. Past Classes have included CardiYoga (Laura's own signature class), Line Dancing, and Goat Yoga.
This one is always a surprise. You never know what she'll have in store for you until you get to class.
