#WhatsNewWednesday - 6/12/2019

1. We have a new Rear Delt/Pec Fly machine.

2. We have ZUMBA on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm.

3. Paddleboard Yoga is on the schedule all summer, Thursdays at 5:30 pm. You don't have to be a member to join this one.

4. Our website is getting a makeover. We're adding more info and free content, and making easier to navigate and find what you need.

5. We've added exercise tutorials to our website. (More coming soon.)

6. Our group fitness instructor, Laura, now has her own page on our website showcasing all of her amazing classes.

7. We've added a healthy eating blog to our website. It only has one post right now, but we'll be adding more recipes soon.

8. All members get FREE Basic and Premium classes all summer long. You still pay your regular membership fee, but there's no charge for classes. (Specialty classes not included.)

9. All members can bring a friend to any Basic or Premium class for free all summer. (Must pre-register.)

10. We've reserved a billboard. It will be going up soon.

11. Watch your mailbox for The Giant Postcard. We have a huge ad on there. It should be sent out in the next few days.

12. We've sponsored Barbell Armageddon for a deadlift session at NPC Battle on the Bay. Make sure you stop by their booth.

13. We've added protein chips, protein popcorn, and banana shakes to the vending machine. We'll be adding two more Bang flavors and two more Amino Energy flavors later today.

14. We have Texas Strong Fitness stickers and shirts available for purchase at the gym.

15. We ordered equipment yesterday for a brand new class you won't find anywhere else in the area. I'm working on certifications for a couple of other classes that no one else around here offers, and James and Laura both have something new coming too. We're keeping it quiet until we're ready. Keep watching for announcements.
